Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.


Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be processed for shipment and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.


Lost or Delayed Packages

HotPiece is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
